By accessing the jlluck website, mobile application, or any associated platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming and gambling activities. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the jlluck Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging in any gaming activities.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the jlluck Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jlluck reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including government-issued identification documents. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the legal gambling age will be immediately terminated, and any funds or winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be a resident of the Philippines or accessing the jlluck Platform from within Philippine territory. You warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction. jlluck does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our services is legal in your location.

2.3 Account Capacity

You represent and warrant that you are entering into this agreement with full legal capacity and are not under any legal disability, restriction, or incapacity that would prevent you from entering into binding contracts. You further warrant that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on jlluck, you must create a personal account by providing accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jlluck immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jlluck shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Account Verification

jlluck reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, and payment methods at any time. Such documents may include but are not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Deposit Terms

You may deposit funds into your jlluck account using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and other options as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified in your account dashboard. jlluck does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and processing times as specified on the Platform. Standard withdrawal processing typically occurs within 24 hours for verified accounts, though actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your name. jlluck reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, jlluck maintains strict policies to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. You must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal eligibility. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. jlluck reserves the right to freeze accounts and funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering activities.

jlluck offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards programs to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are clearly stated at the time of each promotion. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or colluding with other players, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account termination.

jlluck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and compliance with bonus terms are final and made at jlluck's sole discretion.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the jlluck Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined by mathematical algorithms and cannot be influenced or manipulated by jlluck or players. Historical game results are available for review in your account history.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, or irregular gaming activities including but not limited to: using automated betting software or bots; exploiting technical errors or glitches; colluding with other players; engaging in chip dumping; or using any strategy that jlluck deems, in its sole discretion, to be abusive. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts will be void. jlluck shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. Refunds may be issued for affected bets at jlluck's sole discretion.

Players have access to various self-management tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. jlluck cooperates with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory bodies to maintain responsible gaming standards. All content displayed on the jlluck Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the exclusive property of jlluck or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlluck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

jlluck is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jlluck Platform shall first be addressed through our customer support channels. If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jlluck.

jlluck reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity; abuse of bonuses or promotions; providing false information; or engaging in illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases, and jlluck may withhold any remaining account balance if termination results from your breach of these terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlluck regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without jlluck's prior written consent. jlluck may freely assign its rights and obligations under these terms to any third party without restriction.
